My older cousin purchased a “fixer” home and gathered all of our family’s kids up for free labor. We helped him do a full gut demolition of the interior and clean up the outside over the summer. He rehabbed the property to live in it, then resold it later. I was hooked.

Since then, I’ve developed a knack for understanding the highest and best use of any property. I’m passionate about helping both buyers and sellers with their real estate needs, and bring over 40 years of experience across customer service, banking, technology, and real estate.

I’ve managed large apartment complexes and single-family rental homes, and sold condos, townhomes, single-family homes, and luxury properties — helping first-time buyers, savvy investors, and everyone in between find the right property for them. I also work with investors on buying, selling, or exchanging investment properties, and offer property management and tenant-finder services.

I’ve helped people in financial distress navigate foreclosure, short sale, bankruptcy, and other options, and guide clients through the loan process — from traditional lending institutions to creative, seller, and private financing. I love helping people find win-win solutions to reach their goals, wherever they are in their real estate journey.
