I first fell in love with Real Estate at the age of 12. My older cousin purchased a "fixer" home and gathered all our family kids up for free labor. We helped him do a "gut" "demolition" of the interior and clean up the outside over the summer. He rehabbed the property to live in it, then resold it later. I was hooked! I have since developed a "knack" for being able to understand the highest and best use of any property. I am passionate about helping home buyers and home sellers with their real estate needs. I have over 40 years of experience in customer service, banking, technology and real estate. I have managed large apartment complexes, single family rental homes, sold condos, townhomes, single family homes and luxury homes, helped first time buyers and savvy investors and everyone in between find the right property for them. I have worked with investors to help them buy, sell or exchange their investment properties. I also offer property management or tenant finder services. I have helped people in financial distress navigate the various foreclosure, short sale, bankruptcy, options and solutions. I help them explore their loan options from lending institutions to creative financing, seller financing and private loans. I love helping people find win-win solutions to achieve their goals in their respective real estate cycle or market.
